Hi I'm Paul and I've spent quite some time working with Australian pharmacies - specifically with a focus on robotics and dispensing robots in dispensaries.

Having worked with many pharmacies that faced the same challenges of limited space, staff and time, it became apparent there was a need to have blister packs and sachets packed outside the dispensary. This led to the formation of DAA Packing Services - a team of passionate people, dedicated to packing Dose Administration Aids without compromising on quality or the safety of our community.

Hey there, I’m Krystel. I inspect blisters and sachets to ensure conformity throughout the production and quality process prior to them being distributed to pharmacies Australia wide. My role entails supervising and coordinating tasks for my team who are responsible for inspecting finished products, identifying product defects and recording/reporting issues to upper management. I’m also responsible for training new Quality Control employees in all aspects of their role to ensure every member in my department is skilled and proficient in their role.

Hi I'm Leilani and I manage the usage of our medication inventory ensuring that Production have available stock for all orders coming in from our pharmacies and aged care facilities. My team manages over 1000 different lines of medication and we ensure that we support and provide stock to the  five production teams nestled inside the clean room.
